Found at the centre of Cambridgeshire countryside Cambridge Country Club opened their renovated doors in 2021. Complete with 18 hole golf course, bar and restaurant, club shop, wedding venues and of course the start of the art wellness facilities. Over the past 18-months Cambridge Country Club have developed top of the range wellness facilities, complete with a fantastic team to help members reach their full potential and see great results from bespoke and specially designed Health & Wellness journeys.

State-of-the-art

The Gym and Studios at Cambridge Country Club combine state-of-the-art fitness and wellness facilities, offering some of the most elite services available in the health and fitness industry. Members can benefit from one-to-one sessions from a highly qualified team of Fitness Consultants and Personal Trainers making every visit tailored to meet the individual needs. The cardio area of the gym is built up with Integrity line treadmills, cross-trainers, bikes and powermills. All of which are equipped with SE3HD consoles that feature Life Fitness On Demand, performance run features and Myzone compatibility.

Studio spaces

Our Insignia line resistance machines sit along side a number of Hammer Strength plate loaded machines to create a strength training area to allow members to really push themselves. A SYNGRY 360 functional training zone allows for members and PT’s to get really creative and get the most out of workouts. The gym also features 2 studio spaces. The first being an Indoor Cycling Studio equipped with IC6 bikes. The second studio is a space for Pilates, yoga and HIIT classes.
