Sportspark converted a large day care area into a vibrant group training space for SYNRGY360™ Face-Off.

The room features four SYNRGY360™ systems, large flat screen timers, and custom flooring that's colorcoded on one side of the room for "team black" and on the other for "team red." Teams can compete to see which side can complete the most reps at several timed stations.

"The flexibility of SYNRGY led me to think about team-on-team training. We host many different sporting teams, so I explored the option of having a room established that could deliver a team training concept. Through conversations with a Life Fitness representative and trainer we have a concept that is being used by teams and individuals," said Steele.
